Will the minister ensure that a copy of the MacPherson report is provided to the ACB so that if there is any evidence of criminal action it can be considered for further action by the ACB? 2.	Has the minister, or any of the officers in his ministerial office, had any communication with Labor lobbyist John Quirke, husband of former Burnside councillor Davina Quirke, about the inquiry by Mr MacPherson into the Burnside council?
