GAGO (Minister for Regional Development, Minister for Public Sector Management, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister for Gambling):</by>  The Minister Assisting the Premier in the Arts has advised:</text>
        <text id="2011062110dd628cad27410c80000349">2.&amp;#x9;There is no risk to public safety or staff working at the Adelaide Festival Centre and the Metropolitan Fire Service reviewed the existing fire system on 8 July 2010.</text>
        <text id="2011062110dd628cad27410c80000350">In relation to the areas identified in the report as requiring upgrade to align with the current code, Adelaide Festival Centre has advised that the necessary upgrades will be addressed during routine maintenance and during major redevelopment works.</text>
        <text id="2011062110dd628cad27410c80000351">3.&amp;#x9;As the Adelaide Festival Centre has promptly taken corrective measures to address the areas highlighted in the report and the Adelaide Festival Centre is safe, no disciplinary action will be taken by the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner.</text>
