Any decision about the safety and future of jumps in South Australia is a matter for that sector. As I have said, the Liberal government corporatised the SA racing industry back in 2001, and the effect of that was to remove the government's ability to intervene in these matters and to affect the day-to-day administration of jumps racing, or racing, including the programming of flat and jumps racing events. This government has always maintained that the safety measures for both jockeys and horses should be the main priority of these events and, as I said, it is a matter for Thoroughbred Racing SA.
