        <text id="20110405d23522d40fde4822a0000274">1.&amp;#x9;There were 8,145 hearings conducted at the Residential Tenancies Tribunal in the calendar year for 2010.</text>
        <text id="20110405d23522d40fde4822a0000275">2.&amp;#x9;The Auditor-General has not yet signed off on the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs financial statements. The 2009-10 Annual Report will be tabled when the financial statements are finalised.</text>
