GAGO (Minister for Regional Development, Minister for Public Sector Management, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises):The Minister for Environment and Conservation has advised that: 1.	As part of the restructure of government agencies following the state election, a number of options for the location of heritage functions within government agencies were proposed. Following consideration of these options, the Minister for Environment and Conservation determined that the optimal outcome for Heritage Policy in South Australia was to retain all heritage functions within the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
