WADE:</by>  In relation to the Riverland Sustainable Futures Fund, considering that the program is $5 million of funding over four years and that her announcements last week represent less than $1 million in the first year, will the minister guarantee that any unspent moneys in one year will be rolled over to the following three years?</text>

If there are any outstanding funds at the end of this financial year, I will be arguing most strongly—ferociously, nonetheless—and fiercely negotiating to ensure that any outstanding funds are carried over.</text>
