Given that in the Under Treasurer's note to the treasurer the outstanding liability at 30 June 2009 was $1.3 billion, will the minister confirm that if only 10 per cent of the public sector take up this payout offer it will incur a debt of $130 million? How many public sector employees have availed themselves of this option and what is the current liability at 30 June 2010 of the public sector long service leave? The Hon. G.E.
