<by role="member" id="1819">The Hon. T.J. STEPHENS:</by> The opposition has previously queried how effective the substance abuse facility at Amata has actually been after reports that it is rarely used. The facility was established a couple of years ago to assist people who have an addiction to petrol sniffing as well as other substance abuse problems, including cannabis. My questions to the minister are: what investigations, if any, has the minister made regarding the lack of utilisation of the facility? What use is the minister considering to get value out of this wasted resource?</text>
