BROKENSHIRE Legislative Council The Hon. R.L. BROKENSHIRE: Presented a petition signed by 90 residents of South Australia concerning funding to roads in the southern suburbs. The petitioners pray that this honourable house notes that approximately $800 million in funding commitments have been made by the state and federal governments for a so-called superway in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and calls upon the state and federal governments to invest at least the same amount, if not more, in upgrading the Victor Harbor Road, Main South Road and the Southern Expressway.
