The minister referred to a decision taken by the WorkCover board for an 18-month extension to the EML contract. Can the minister indicate to the house whether any terms or conditions were changed by the WorkCover board in relation to its contract with EML for the 18-month extension and, in particular, were any contract conditions changed that would see even further increases in payments made to EML by WorkCover under the terms of the renegotiated contract, on an annual basis?</text>
