          <by role="member" id="574">The Hon. P. HOLLOWAY:</by>  Yesterday, in response to a question from the Hon. Robert Brokenshire in relation to Seaford Heights and the associated development plan now before the Onkaparinga council, I stated:</text>

          <inserted>Of course, with respect to this proposal I believe the Land Management Corporation sold the land two or three years ago to, I think, Fairmont Homes.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text continued="true" id="20100722652fc5db77354a0990000517">I have been advised that the LMC owns all of the land at Seaford Heights but that part of the land is under contract for sale to Land SA, which is an entity controlled by the Fairmont Group.</text>
