HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister Assisting the Premier in Public Sector Management) (15:14): </by> What I am saying is that, given that it has not yet come to me, it would be unwise and inappropriate as the planning minister to make too many comments on it. Let me say that I am well aware of concerns in that area. I can assure people that when the development plan amendment does come to me we will be looking to ensure that it addresses those concerns.</text>
        <text id="20100721992ff0dd12b24d9080000148">My role as the Minister for Urban Development and Planning is to ensure that the council's consideration of its development plan—and it is a council DPA, it is not a ministerial DPA—adequately addresses the issues that are put forward by the public during the council's public consultation phase, and I will do that.</text>
