Let me say that I am well aware of concerns in that area. I can assure people that when the development plan amendment does come to me we will be looking to ensure that it addresses those concerns. My role as the Minister for Urban Development and Planning is to ensure that the council's consideration of its development plan—and it is a council DPA, it is not a ministerial DPA—adequately addresses the issues that are put forward by the public during the council's public consultation phase, and I will do that.
