GAGO (Minister for State/Local Government Relations, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister for the City of Adelaide) (14:57): </by> Mr President, I just did the sums for them. I can't believe it. They don't listen. They are thick, Mr President. I have already given the sums. I have already said the estimates of revenue received from this—and this is with the model we are proposing but there might be changes to that through the consultation process—will generate about $5 million. The liquor regulatory enforcement compliance and other costs are currently around $3 million a year. As I said, we are proposing a series of new provisions. There is no point putting provisions on the table and putting them out there when we are not prepared to police them and to make sure that they are put in place.</text>
