If you get a detailed report, particularly a written report, setting out what the actual figure might be, then that would be a formal briefing. If you just have a discussion about what may impact upon the actual figure, that is another matter. In any case I would expect that the board of WorkCover will be formally notified before I would get that briefing. I have discussions with the chief executive of WorkCover, as I do with other agencies, and we discussed a whole range of matters.
