When I was first elected to parliament in the other chamber, I was well aware that I had a large Housing Trust area in my electorate. About 40 per cent of the constituent work I had during those four years as a member of parliament would have involved Housing Trust matters and people looking for housing. I can only suggest that the honourable member—when these other issues are resolved—again approach the housing department in relation to this particular person's circumstances so that they can be treated on their merits, relative to those other people who also wish to obtain public housing.</text>
