GAGO (Minister for State/Local Government Relations, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister for the City of Adelaide) (14:36):</by>  My understanding is that the powers that I have to intervene—the ones I was referring to—are in relation to my powers under the Local Government Act that I believe extend not just to breaches of the Local Government Act but to breaches of other legislation. I will double-check that. In relation to the Ombudsman Act, I will need to take that on notice to ensure that the detail is accurate, and I am happy to bring that back to the council.</text>
