        <text id="201005265100f99bdce74af490000113">1.&amp;#x9;When we enter the period of natural justice, does it mean that individuals named in the report will be provided with a copy of the report for perusal, or will they be required to attend the investigator's office to peruse the report at those premises?</text>

The processes the investigator adopts are a matter for the investigator. He is the expert, and it is at his discretion and with his expertise that the processes he believes are the most appropriate will be adopted.</text>
        <text id="201005265100f99bdce74af490000117">In terms of the Burnside investigation, whether that means that the natural justice phase will involve a copy of the report going out or the people named in the report being invited to some sort of meeting, I do not know. That is not a detail the investigator has discussed with me in any shape or form. It is a matter for the investigator to decide what process he believes will provide the greater amount of rigour and the greatest level of natural justice to those people named and afford them the opportunity to respond to any of the findings the investigator might have come to. In terms of the cost, I have asked for an update, and that update has not been finalised, but the—</text>
