VINCENT: On a recent visit to Strathmont Centre, I was somewhat concerned when visiting one of the villas that, even to me as a visitor, it was uncomfortably cold in the villa. It occurred to me that it would be especially uncomfortable for residents of Strathmont, many of whom have limited mobility. I wonder whether the minister is aware of the issue and I ask what will be done to ensure that the residents of Strathmont are kept comfortable in the winter months especially? The Hon. G.E.
