        <text id="201005065aa37f584fe94e4380000189">In the 2008-09 State Budget, this government committed to invest $2 billion in the State's public transport system over a decade. This is being the biggest single investment ever by a State Government in Adelaide's public transport system.</text>
        <text id="201005065aa37f584fe94e4380000190">During the strategic planning process for public transport, a number of alternative options were developed and assessed in order to determine the most suitable strategy. Separate costings are not available of the work undertaken in developing and assessing options which ultimately did not provide the best option.</text>
