That is the way it is. When you are having four or five meetings a day, for various reasons, times will change, people will cancel, and opportunities will arise. Anyone who believes that the printed agenda is necessarily the final agenda does not understand; they have not been on these visits, because clearly nearly always there are last minute changes to the itinerary. When you FOId it I assume that what was produced was the itinerary that was prepared to for all of us before we left.
