I have received no advice from the investigator to indicate that any action on my part needs to occur at this point in time. As far as I am aware, he simply wanted those concerns raised with the council so that it could consider them. I am not aware that any particular response was requested or required by him, but he wanted that matter raised. The matter is now before a formal investigation, and it is being conducted in a proper and fitting way.
