GAGO (Minister for State/Local Government Relations, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Energy) (14:40): </by> I have already given information that answers this question; that is, the investigator raised some concerns with the agency that he requested to be passed on to the council. I have received no advice from the investigator to indicate that any action on my part needs to occur at this point in time. As far as I am aware, he simply wanted those concerns raised with the council so that it could consider them.</text>
        <text id="20090924bae070fe28cd4d0eb0000383">I am not aware that any particular response was requested or required by him, but he wanted that matter raised. The matter is now before a formal investigation, and it is being conducted in a proper and fitting way.</text>
