          <by role="member" id="574">The Hon. P. HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Small Business):</by>  The Treasurer has provided the following information:</text>
        <text id="200909083bda076084944ce9b0000446">1.&amp;#x9;The State asked bidders to clarify some matters related to their proposal and invited them to improve their position on significant departures that were unsatisfactory to the State.</text>
        <text id="200909083bda076084944ce9b0000447">2.&amp;#x9;The State's bidding position has remained the same, i.e. to achieve value for money for taxpayers.</text>
        <text id="200909083bda076084944ce9b0000448">3.&amp;#x9;The government's requirement in the New Schools RFP is that a minimum of two schools should be available for opening in the 2010 school year.</text>
