        <text id="20090716e6175bdad69444ba90000030">I refer the Honourable Member to commentary further down page 6 of the 2007-08 Final Budget Outcome document:</text>
        <text id="20090716e6175bdad69444ba90000031">'Earlier estimates, by their nature, are often based on incomplete information as to the precise mix of final expenditure. Agency year end procedures and the annual audit process provide final clarity for the classification of expenses'.</text>
        <text id="20090716e6175bdad69444ba90000032">Similar to previous financial years, 2007-08 had a number of 'reclassifications' that in total are less than 1 per cent of the totals of the expense categories to which they relate.</text>
