        <text id="200907145921a043ee574ddda0000008">1.&amp;#x9;Sanctuary zones in marine parks are established through the management planning process. The Marine Parks Act 2007<term></term>requires that the outer boundary of a marine park is established and consulted on prior to the commencement of the development of management plans with zoning. Management planning for marine parks will involve extensive consultation with the community, and that consultation process will determine the size and location of sanctuary zones.</text>
