HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Small Business) (15:16):</by>  It is never wise to answer hypothetical questions. I think I indicated by the tenor of my answer what the government's thinking was, but obviously one needs to give natural justice to proponents. If they can come up with some reason, it needs to be considered on its merits. So, I will consider on its merits, as I should, whatever response the company has but, given the time that has elapsed, it really is time to either put up or shut up in relation to the project.</text>
