          <by role="member" id="574">The Hon. P. HOLLOWAY:</by>  No; the hospital will be the property of the people of this state. I am sure it will be an asset that they will greatly value. Obviously, the location of the hospital is the responsibility of the Minister for Health, and appropriately so, just as one would expect that if one were to locate a transport interchange, for example, that would be a matter for the Minister for Transport, and, if you are going to locate a prison, one would think it would be a matter for the Minister for Correctional Services, and so on. Obviously, these are cabinet decisions ultimately, but the original proposal and proposition was put by the minister responsible, and that is why I will refer the question to him to obtain exactly what advice he did seek.</text>
