HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Small Business) (14:32): </by> Given that confirmation of the Seaford proposal, with commonwealth support (which, of course, was necessary to make that go ahead in the timetable that we budgeted for), has only just happened this week, clearly that will have an impact, and I am sure my colleague the minister for transport and infrastructure will be looking at what support services are necessary as the works begin. However, if the minister in another place wishes to add anything to that answer, I will invite him to do so.</text>
