          <by role="member" id="603">The Hon. R.D. LAWSON (19:58): </by> On the last occasion this matter was before the council I sought leave to conclude. I conclude my remarks by saying that the matters that are the subject of this debate, namely, the regulations under the Passenger Transport Act, which relate to country taxis, should be disallowed. However, the matter will be the subject of an examination by the select committee chaired by the Hon. Rob Brokenshire and, as a result of a request from the country taxi operators, I will not be proceeding with this motion. I therefore move:</text>
