The minister mentioned state government subsidy of the community waste water management scheme. Given that the state government is subsidising these schemes, does it monitor the risk management of such projects by local councils?</text>

GAGO (Minister for State/Local Government Relations, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Energy) (15:10): </by> A management committee is established through the LGA. I cannot at this point list the members of that committee, but it has done the job extremely well in the past, and they manage the oversight of these projects. In conjunction with the EPA, they are responsible for any environmental problems, but I am not sure who are the members of that management committee. I am happy to bring back the details.</text>
