DARLEY:</by>  A few years ago the Central Northern Adelaide Health Service—incorporating the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Modbury Hospital, the Lyell McEwin and other health care services—was established following the Generational Health Review. As a result, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, along with other hospitals, was abolished as a legal entity.</text>
        <text id="200902192750c21bcd4744bf90000192">Following yesterday's announcement by the Premier that the new hospital would retain the Royal Adelaide Hospital name, my question is: can the minister advise whether the Royal Adelaide Hospital will now be reinstated as a legal entity?</text>
