        <text id="2009020328dcd408ac374866b0000042">1.&amp;#x9;High level concepts for reusing the Willunga line and potential connections to Tonsley and the Belair line have been considered a number of times over the past 20 years as part of transport system options investigations.</text>
        <text id="2009020328dcd408ac374866b0000043">None of these progressed to any level of detail or was subjected to the formal analysis required for a feasibility study.</text>
