However I am advised that:</text>
        <text id="200811134ef6a2743e8a40dcb0000503">Under the (Commonwealth) <term>Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999</term> (the Act), anyone proposing to take an action that may have a significant impact for matters of national environmental significance, must submit a proposal to the Australian Government Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts, to determine if approvals are required. Activities approved before 16 July 2000 are not subject to the act.</text>
