I would be interested to know where the Hon. Rob Lucas lives: he lives in the eastern suburbs. Why would he mention that in the question? There is only one reason for mentioning it. That gives away the question: it says it all, and I do not intend to add further to the answer I have given. I have answered this question in the parliament in the past when I have discussed the details in relation to the project—</text>
