SANDRA KANCK:</by>  There are now three swimming pools on the APY lands, and part of the conditions of use put in place prior to their construction was that a 'No school, no pool' policy would be implemented as an encouragement for children to attend school. At the time, there was debate with suggestions that this, in fact, was a racist policy. Regardless of whether or not it was, the justification that the government gave was that this policy would increase school attendance and that there would be positive health outcomes for the children using the pool. My questions to the minister are:</text>
