HOLLOWAY: Well, yes, but if there was less—if one was moving from 20 to 16 and was not making it any closer—I would not have thought that that, of itself, would be something that would increase environmental concerns. HOLLOWAY: Well, just because something is in the newspaper does not make it correct. The Hon. Mr Brokenshire has asked a serious question about that matter. He has asked me whether I will be considering one of those options, that is, to make them apply again. That is clearly one of the options I will be considering.
