          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Judges under the Judges Pension Act 1971;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="200809103daa0bb77f2d4e6e90000235">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">A 'Governor of the State' under the Governors’ Pension Act 1976;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="200809103daa0bb77f2d4e6e90000236">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Any South Australian State Government employees entitled to a pension under the Superannuation Act 1988 and the Police Superannuation Act 1990.</item>
