HOLLOWAY (Minister for Police, Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning):</by>  On 30<sup>th</sup> April 2008 you asked a question without notice concerning the payment of taxpayers money to Mr Todd McKenney for appearing at the Commonwealth Bank Police Tattoo.</text>
        <text id="2008072218658fdf26bd4349a0000444">Mr McKenney was paid a performance fee commensurate with industry standards. His fees were paid from ticket sales and sponsorship revenue. No SAPOL funding was used and therefore no actual taxpayers money was used.</text>
