Certainly, in my discussions over the past six months, a number of people around town have expressed concern about what has happened in relation to the Adelaide City Council. It is for that reason, I assume, that the Liberal Party has a policy to take development powers from the city council. I assume it has heard exactly the same concerns that I have.</text>
