HOLLOWAY (Minister for Police, Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning) (15:06):</by> Of course, this is one of the options to make transit-orientated development work. The government has a key role in making these sites work through land assembly. My understanding is that the Land Management Corporation has had and may still be having discussions with the owners of the site in relation to that particular land. I will take that part of the question on notice, because, as I said, the LMC is the responsibility of another minister, but I am certainly aware that there have been some talks about that matter.</text>
