SCHAEFER (15:19):</by>  Given the answer arising from my question, can the minister explain why the minutes of the meeting where this decision was taken were not circulated to SES volunteers? Can she further explain why the person we are referring to was required to get a visitor's permit to get access to the state and regional headquarters while a paid staff member accompanying him was not required to do the same thing?</text>

I have not had the opportunity to follow it through with the Chief Officer of the SES. However, I will do so and, if we need to apologise to the person in question, clearly that will also happen.</text>
