CARMEL ZOLLO (Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Road Safety, Minister Assisting the Minister for Multicultural Affairs) (15:03):</by>  That aspirational goal, which is to be commended, was set by the South-East Road Safety Strategy, working with the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure. I do not believe it is for us to say to a group or an association, 'No; you will not set this particular target.' I wish there were no fatalities and no serious injuries on our roads, but this group of people in the South-East wanted to set this target.</text>
