The minister tried to discount the Productivity Commission Report; except, presumably, fire injury and fire death rates. In that regard, how does the minister explain that, under this government, the fire injury rate has increased in South Australia from 17.3 to 24 per cent when for the rest of Australia it has gone up less than 1 per cent?</text>
