            <by role="member" id="625">The Hon. SANDRA KANCK (20:07):</by>  I indicate support for this bill. I think this is simply a matter of natural justice. We have had, and continue to have, a lot of legislation in this place that seems to abrogate the rule of law and judge people as guilty until proven innocent. In relation to security and investigation agents, this bill ensures that they are innocent until proven guilty.</text>
