        <text id="20071113a6237392433647d7b0000177">The appointment of three real estate agents to manage the sale of South Australian Housing Trust properties for a period of three years from 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2008 was made through an open public tender process.</text>
        <text id="20071113a6237392433647d7b0000178">A rigorous selection process was undertaken in accordance with the Government's mandated procurement policies and procedures and all successful tenderers are required to meet stringent criteria.</text>
