        <text id="200711137feaa5bbdafb4efc90000037">1.&amp;#x9;(a)&amp;#x9;Each health region will benefit from the Healthy Young Minds initiative.</text>
        <text id="200711137feaa5bbdafb4efc90000038">
          <item sublevel="2">(b)&amp;#x9;It is estimated that, when the program is fully operational in 2008-09, approximately 1,000 additional children and young people will receive a service each year.</item>
        </text>
        <text id="200711137feaa5bbdafb4efc90000039">2.&amp;#x9;The demand for services such as emergency departments and Assessment and Crisis Intervention Service teams is generally measured by analysing historical data and trending forward using standard statistical techniques, such as regression analysis. Where appropriate, the predictions are moderated for changes in demography, anticipated changes in clinical practice and improvements in the way services are configured and delivered.</text>
