HOLLOWAY (Minister for Police, Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning) (14:48):</by>  I invite the honourable member to have a look at the proposed DPA and, if he believes it can be improved, I invite him to make a submission in relation to that. As I have said, the consultation period does not end until January and there will be a public meeting later in January (24 January, I think). If the honourable member wants to make a contribution to that, he is welcome to do so. However, I point out that, with these high density proposals, the focus is on transit-oriented development, as well as the recreational walkways, water reuse and so on. I believe that, by any standards, it will be a leading development within our community.</text>
