<by role="office">The SPEAKER:</by> I would like to begin by welcoming to the parliament today my son Conor, my wife, Karen, my sister Toni and her husband Roger. They are here for the first time—well, Conor is always hanging around—because I made a commitment to them the day after the last election that that was going to be my last election. I think they are here today to make sure that I fulfil that promise to them. To everyone who has kept the secret for four years and to those who have been in on the secret for the last few weeks, I thank you very much for your silence and your cooperation.</text>
