          <inserted> &amp;#x9;Renewal SA's Office for Regional Housing (OfRH) is in the final stages of delivering the pilot project for the Regional Key Worker Housing Scheme (RKWHS). Twenty-four of the 30 houses in the pilot project have been completed and are now tenanted by essential service workers in the health care, education and law enforcement sectors in Mount Gambier, Renmark, Kadina, Moonta Bay and Port Augusta.</inserted>

          <inserted>The six remaining homes in the pilot project, currently under construction in Ceduna, are scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. These houses will be sold to private investors, with long term leases to the Government of South Australia secured for a minimum of ten years. Four houses (in Port Augusta) were sold in June 2025 and the remaining 26 houses in the pilot project are now in the process of being sold.</inserted>

          <inserted>In Bordertown, OfRH will construct five new homes for government employees within the first stage of a development project in partnership with Tatiara District Council which will deliver 15 housing outcomes. Construction of these houses will commence in early 2026.</inserted>
