          <inserted>Staffing is managed within approved budgets by each local health network (LHN). Workforce capacity is continually monitored and adjusted to ensure safe, effective care. </inserted>

          <inserted>SA Health remains committed to ongoing recruitment and retention efforts to strengthen the medical workforce and support the delivery of high-quality services across the state.</inserted>

          <inserted>Since March 2022, the Malinauskas Labor government has recruited an additional 646 FTE doctors, above attrition.</inserted>
