It has now been approximately one year since the trial was completed and the residents of my community in the western suburbs are still waiting for the results to be released.</text>

HOOD (Adelaide—Minister for Climate, Environment and Water) (15:11):</by> I thank the member for his question. As I indicated in a previous sitting, the issue does remain with the Attorney-General in the other place. I understand that it is a complex and challenging environmental issue. I know it's very important to that local community, and the Attorney-General has obviously had carriage of that issue for some time. As I said in the previous answer in the previous sitting, it does remain with the Attorney-General and when an announcement is imminent he will release it.</text>
